Steps to Safety
The steps to safety programme and accreditation is the brain child of our Senior Consultant. He recognised the need for clients to be able to measure their progress and felt that it should recognise the progress made towards a safer use of vehicles/plant and equipment through our graduated award scheme.
There are 2 paths to accreditation:

The first is through the systems review and risk assessment, this route is primarily designed for those clients that have not instigated a formal management system for Driving at Work and, or Workplace Transport Safety.
02
The second route is designed for clients with an existing management system.
The accreditation will not only recognise the current status but also the progress made by organisations. We will also provide recommendations to move forward in improving the safety standards to protect human life and wellbeing, relating to the use of vehicles and equipment for organisational transport activities.
The Accreditation is available to any company or organisation that uses vehicles within the workplace or on the public highway.
